That’s why we’re excited to announce our 26th year of partnership with Toys for Tots and our upcoming toy donation drive happening from October 3rd to December 1st. Our Partnership with Toys for Tots
Security Public Storage is proud to team up with Toys for Tots, a renowned program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve. The mission of Toys for Tots is to collect and distribute toys to children in challenging circumstances, ensuring they experience the joy of the holiday season. Throughout the years, Toys for Tots has distributed 652 million toys to 291 million deserving children. This is the 26th consecutive year that we have joined hands with this incredible organization to bring smiles to children’s faces and spread a little more holiday cheer!
Last year, we achieved a record total of 4,787 toys, and in 2021, we collected 4,113 toys. This year, our goal is to reach the 5,000-toy milestone. Stay updated on our progress by following our Donation Tracker, which is updated weekly.
How to Participate
Our toy donation drive kicks off on October 3rd and runs until December 1st, giving you ample time to contribute to this uplifting cause. Here’s how you can get involved:
Drop Off Toys: Visit any of our Security Public Storage locations and drop off new, unwrapped toys. These toys will be collected and distributed to local children in need.
Online Donations: Purchase toys online and arrange them to be shipped directly to one of our facilities. This ensures a seamless and timely delivery of your donation.
Spread the Word: Encourage your friends, family, and colleagues to participate. The more people who get involved, the greater the impact we can make.
Monetary Donations: If you prefer to make a monetary donation, you can do so on the official Toys for Tots website. Every dollar counts and helps purchase toys for children in your community.
