Welcome to Security Public Storage in Richmond, California! We love being a part of the Richmond community and enjoying access to both San Pablo Bay and Wildcat Canyon Regional Park. Raving About Richmond Restaurants
There’s a lot of great Thai food in the Bay Area, but we’re partial to Sala Thai, which is located just minutes from SPS Richmond. After tasting your first bite, you’ll already be planning your next visit for delicious Thai favorites. Sala Thai uses the freshest ingredients to prepare lunch, dinner and homemade desserts. You’ll appreciate the prompt and friendly service, along with the curries, noodles, fried rice, soups and appetizers.
If you’re looking to escape the city, while staying in the Bay Area, Black Star Pirate BBQ is the perfect place for you to enjoy BBQ with amazing views in a remote location. Try the pulled pork, brisket and the pulled chicken sandwich with spicy sauce. You’ll be eager to return to get your hands on the jalapeno cornbread. Dining at Black Star Pirate BBQ feels like visiting another world, in the best way possible. Give yourself plenty of time to drive out to Black Star and enjoy the ambiance and mouth-watering BBQ.

Point Pinole Regional Shoreline is one of our favorite places to relax and recreate minutes from our Richmond storage facility. This sprawling park includes a variety of scenic trails that meander through beaches, bluffs, woods and meadows. Have a picnic with friends, walk your dog, fish from the pier — there’s always something to do when you visit Point Pinole Regional Shoreline.
If your idea of getting outside and enjoying the outdoors involves a nine iron and putter, you’ll love tackling 18-holes at Richmond Country Club, which is only minutes from SPS Richmond. The course at Richmond Country Club is well maintained and is run by a wonderful staff of people focused on providing excellent customer service. Enjoy beautiful views as you work on your short game at Richmond Country Club.
