Rocca Family Vineyards is a small family producer of award-winning wines in Napa Valley, and they are located around the corner from SPS Napa! The vineyard offers reservations for wine tastings on their beautiful deck with expansive views in a private and serene setting. Reserve a private wine tasting with friends, family, your partner or yourself.

One of our favorite places to stop and grab lunch in Napa is Contimo Provisions. This casual eatery serves their tasty treats through a window and specializes in craft sandwiches, biscuits, and cookies made with housemade ingredients. One thing is certain, you can tell the team at Contimo Provisions puts their heart and soul into the food they produce. Try the Poached Chicken Sandwich, for the most tender chicken you’ve ever tasted. We also recommend the Beef & Broccoli Sandwich. Don’t forget the chocolate chip cookies!

What pairs better with vino than Italian food? Luckily, La Strada, a casual and warm Italian restaurant, serves up delicious homemade pasta dishes in a quaint space with Tuscan-inspired murals and archways. Start off your meal with Bruschetta La Strada or the Pizza Margherita. We recommend trying the Gnocchi Della Casa, which includes your choice of sauce to customize the dish for your unique taste. La Strada’s wine list includes both wines from Napa and Italy.

Escapes in Napa

One of the perks of living in California Wine Country is the ability to enjoy a glass of rosè with a stunning view at one of the area’s many vineyards. But getting outside in Napa doesn’t always involve a glass of bubbly. Skyline Wilderness Park is one of our favorite outdoor escapes in Napa. This gorgeous wilderness park offers hiking, biking, equestrian trails and campsites. The park includes 25 miles of multi-use trails for various skill levels. Visit Martha Walker Garden, a memorial to Martha Walker located in the park, that includes flora from all over the state of California.

Golfers love getting outside in Napa and enjoying the sights and sounds from area golf courses. We’re conveniently located down the road from Chardonnay Golf Club, which makes it easy to swing by and grab your clubs on the way to the course. Chardonnay Golf Club features a great course design, is well maintained and serves great food and drinks in the clubhouse.
