Welcome to Security Public Storage in Daly City, California! We love being a part of the Daly City community, which is why we have two storage facilities here. You can find SPS locations in Daly City on Hyde Court and here on Carter Street. There’s always something going on in the Bay Area, which makes us very grateful to be located so close to San Francisco. Polynesian Island Luau is a small, family-owned restaurant serving the best Samoan food in the Bay Area. This little restaurant doubles as a specialty shop with clothing, shells, music and more from the Samoan culture. Stop by for a turkey tail or lamb curry and walk out with a sarong and polynesian earrings. The portions are a great size and the owners are kind. For a taste of the islands, look no further than Polynesian Island Luau in Daly City.

One of our favorites spots to grab a beer and watch the 49ers game is 7 Mile House Sports Bar & Grill. In addition to American favorites like chicken tenders and burgers, 7 Mile House also serves Filipino dishes like their Famous Park Adobo with rice and lumpia, which is a hand-rolled Filipino spring roll served with sweet chili sauce. When it comes to dessert, the owner’s mother prepares delicious treats like Mom Cleo’s Ube Cheesecake. Make it a night to remember with s’mores for two by the firepit.

We have a feeling that Ichika Sushi House will quickly become one of your regular dining spots. Located just down the street in Brisbane, Ichika Sushi House doesn’t give off a fancy, high-brow vibe — it’s just a great casual place to eat delicious sushi. The sashimi and nigiri taste smooth and fresh, which is essential in good sushi. Not only is the fish fresh and delicious, the team at Ichika always provides excellent customer service.

Labyrinths
Near Daly City

Typically when you think of labyrinths, David Bowie comes to mind. In the San Francisco Bay Area, there are a variety of labyrinths, which are ancient symbols with a combination of circles, spirals and mazes. Labyrinths can be found in cultures throughout the world and the universal theme they share is their universal spirituality.

McLaren Labyrinth is the closest to SPS Daly City on Carter Street. You only need to travel a short distance to the highest point of McLaren Park. Once you find the labyrinth, you’ll enjoy a secluded spot with a bench where you can sit and meditate or connect with nature. The next closest labyrinth to SPS Daly City is the Scott Street Labyrinth, which is tucked behind the Harvey Milk Photo Center. This 23-feet-wide, sandblasted labyrinth is ringed with mosaic tiles and is surrounded by a landscaped garden.
