Yes! If you want a larger or smaller unit, we will either credit any over charged rent toward the next month or you can pay the price difference.

You can reserve a unit online at all of our locations. Not all units available are always listed so please call your local manager if what you want is not listed and they will be happy to hold an available unit for you.

You are able to store your vehicle inside a storage unit, as long as the vehicle is registered, insured and is able to drive in and out of the property on it’s own power. We required proof of registration and insurance and will take a copy of them for your file.

No, we have a strong policy against storing food. If you store food, that could attract pests or rodents. This includes canned food, dry food and pet food.

Some of our facilities are able to accommodate large boats or RVs. Please contact the site you’d like to store at the see if they are able to accommodate what you’re wanting to store.

Insuring your items while they are in storage is highly recommended. Just as your home is susceptible to fire, roof leaks, burglary and vandalism, so too is your storage unit. Check your homeowners or renters insurance policy to see if your storage possessions are covered. If not, our on-site managers can assist you in acquiring reasonably priced self storage insurance.

Some of our storage facilities are able to accept deliveries. Please contact the site you wish to store at directly and see if they offer this service.

Some of our facilities offer a free move-in truck or are U-Haul affiliates. Please contact the manager directly to see if they offer a free move-in truck or U-Haul.

Yes, all of our rentals are completely month-to-month. Even if you have a move in special for a certain period, we are month-to-month.

If you currently have a storage unit with us, we offer a $25.00 referral discount for anybody you refer to us that rents!

Currently we offer temperature controlled wine storage at our Napa storage facility.

Yes! We offer a wide variety of packing supplies, boxes and locks.

To get a quote, you can walk into our office, call the office or you can chat with us on our website.

The best way to pack boxes for storage would be heavy items in small boxes, while light items are in larger boxes. Make sure to fill the boxes completely with packing paper in between items to help prevent the boxes from crushing while being stored.

The unit size you require can vary greatly, depending on the size of your furniture, how high you can stack boxes and a number of other variables. Please refer to our storage size guide or call the manager at your local facility, and we will be happy to help you decide what size will work best for you.

The minimum rental term is one month, after which rent will continue to be due monthly.
