Year after year, the generosity of our communities astounds us. This year, we’re pleased to announce that we broke our Toys for Tots donation record again! SPS has participated in the annual U.S. Marines’ Toys for Tots donation drive for the past 25 years. Over the years, the number of participating facilities grew until 2014 when we reached 100% participation by all of our locations. Every year we have successfully beaten our own record, bringing more toys and more smiles to more families every holiday season.
This year, we collected a record number 4,787 toys during the Toys for Tots donation drive at SPS! That number is up from the 4,113 toys collected in 2021 – an increase of 674 toys! We are overwhelmed by the generosity of our staff, customers and neighbors who donated to this cause that’s very near to our hearts.
SPS San Mateo Donates Most Toys!
With all 51 locations participating in this year’s Toys for Tots donation drive, we were able to collect so many toys to be distributed within our communities. Our location in San Mateo led the pack with the most number of toys donated. The office was filled to the brim with toys, which we see as a very good problem to have! Thank you to everyone for donating and a special shout out to SPS San Mateo managers Barry and Tyler for all of their hard work!

We want to extend our deep and sincere gratitude to everyone who participated in our Toys for Tots drive this year.
