For Terry Hemenes, rebuilding Security Public Storage after the devastating Tubbs fire in November 2017 is personal. Terry’s parents came to SPS Santa Rosa in the mid-1990s to be the location’s first On-Site Managers when we acquired the property from ABC Mini Storage. Then Terry’s twin sister managed the property for 19 years before Terry took over as the On-Site Manager 6 years ago. Read more

How much time do you have? Because it would take years to visit the sites and enjoy the activities this area of California has to offer! The rich heritage of Salinas is celebrated through two large murals commissioned by Security Public Storage for their facility located here. The second mural has just been completed this month (May 2019). Spanning the entire south face of the SPS facility, it is the largest in the Salinas area and is clearly visible from Hwy 101. This year, every one of the SPS sites participated and we are on track for a record-breaking year, surpassing last year’s record—we’ve collected nearly 1,400 new toys to in the last 3 weeks!
