What size unit do I need? |

The unit size you may require can vary
greatly, depending
on the size of your furniture, how high you
can stack boxes and a number of other variables. Please refer to our
storage sizing guide or call
the manager at your local facility, and we will
be happy to help you decide what size will
work best for you. |

Do I need insurance? |
| A. |
Insuring your items while they
are in storage is highly recommended. Just as your home is
susceptible to fire, roof leaks, burglary and vandalism, so
too is your storage unit. Check your homeowners or renters
insurance policy to see if your storage possessions are covered.
If not, our on-site managers can assist you in acquiring reasonably
priced self storage insurance. |

Can I pay for storage
by automatic debit or online payments? |

You can pay for storage
by automatic debit from your debit/bank card or credit card
account. All of our facilities also offer online payment.
Your manager can help you set this up so that you can log
in, check your account and make other changes.

Are online payments safe? |
| A. |
All personal and payment information submitted
to our secure online server is encrypted so that none of this information
can be seen or intercepted by a third party.
Our SSL certification guarantees that we have
a fully validated secure server.

Can I reserve my unit online? |

You can order online
at all of our locations.
Not all units available are always listed so please call
your local manager if what you want is not listed and they
will be happy to hold an available unit for you. |

Why aren't all unit sizes listed? |
| A. |
Many of our facilities have a
large variety of unit sizes. For your convenience, this site includes a list of prices for standard
sizes only at each facility, but we strongly
encourage you to call your local facility for more information. They will help
determine which of our many sizes will best suit your needs and let you know
about any specials you might qualify for.

Is there a minimum
rental term? |
| A. |
The minimum rental
term is one month, after which rent will continue to be due
monthly. When you are ready to move out, the final rental
period will be prorated. |

Can I bring my own
lock? |
| A. |
Yes. We encourage you to bring
you own lock. Alternatively, we do sell locks at our facilities, along with many other moving and storage supplies, for your convenience.

Are you open
on holidays? |
| A. |
Our offices and grounds are open every
day except on these major holidays: Christmas,
New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, July 4th, Easter,
Memorial Day & Labor Day.
